How quickly will my tires ship?

Tires usually ship within 2-3 business days.

How will my tires be shipped?

Tires are usually shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Larger tire orders may be shipped via a trucking service to simplify the process. Regardless of how we ship, you will be provided with a tracking number as soon as we have one.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, but there will be added shipping charges. Please contact us for a quote.

Can I return tires?

Yes, but you are subject to pay the return shipping and a 10% restocking fee.

What do I do in the event that my tire arrives damaged?

We take pride in inspecting every tire by hand before we ship. However if we overlook something please send a picture and we'll work to resolve the issue in a prompt manner.

Why are my DOT tires near or touching the wear bars?

The tires were shaved then used. There is still lots of life left for racing and road use just be careful to avoid standing water.

What is a shaved tire?

A shaved tire has had it's tread mechanically reduced to 2-3/32" without adding heat cycles for optimal race performance.

Why are there squished rubber ball things stuck on my tires?

These are pickups or marbles. They will fall off one you start driving on the tires or you can scrape them off with the help of a heat gun. You will want to get these off your tires before you get them balanced.
